Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission investigators captured the following video footage while undercover selling foxes and coyotes to fox pen operators. The men in the video were purshasing the animals to run pens where the animals are killed for sport. Since this footage was taken the pens have been shut down. FWC is expected to vote to permenently ban fox and coyote pens on September 1.
