The Collier County Sheriff's Office will open an internal investigation following allegations of abuse by a Fort Myers man arrested after a high-speed chase. In a dashboard camera video sent to the Daily News by Mateo Falconi's lawyer, deputies are seen chasing Falconi through eastern Collier County after he took off during a routine traffic stop for excessive speed.
