Planning Board members roll City Councilman-elect Larry Magel on a gurney in a gravel landscaping outside a City Hall building. Marco Island Fire Rescue Chief Mike Murphy coordinated the demonstration to show how unsafe loose gravel can be for rescuers and injured gurney passengers as the Planning Board considered another draft ordinance, after 18 months of review, to allow shell and gravel driveways on Island.

With the amount of rescue personal in this video if they were having problems rolling the gurney why didn't they just pick it up? There are always more that enough rescue personal on site to do this.
After all how many Gravel Driveways are on the Island? Think about it
