Collier County commissioners have no room to talk about efficiency, says North Naples Fire Chief Orly Stolts, who heats up the fire district consolidation debate this week’s "One on One with Jeff Lytle.’’ He says commissioners seem to bring up the issue to distract from their own agendas and problems.
