Marco Island resident Sayre Uhler questions why the ideas of the city taking over the electric cooperative, LCEC, and Collier County School District plans for solar energy on the controversial site, Tract K, made it so far. Uhler posed the question to City Councilman Chuck Kiester at an open forum Wednesday evening.
