Bob Rouse, an associate professor and citrus specialist at the University of Florida's Southwest Florida Research & Education Center near Immokalee, says a "cocktail" of nutrients is helping trees fight the deadly greening disease. The center is running various experiments. The cocktail was developed by a Florida grower with citrus groves in Collier and Hendry counties.
