Spooktacular event at Mackle Park

Tommie Barfield Elementary School’s PTO and the city’s Parks & Recreation department hosted Spooktacular event, which drew hundreds of appropriately dressed children and their parents as well as volunteers to Mackle Park on Oct. 27.
