Terri DiSciullo, treasurer of the Island Parks and Recreation Foundation and former Marco City Councilor, shares her thoughts on the best use of Tract K at a joint meeting between Marco City Council and the Collier County School Board Tuesday. She did not support the plan by the Marco-firm United Energy Technologies to install solar panels on the land.
