3 To Do: 'Knickers' opens; final fish fry of the season
1. Opens Friday: ITC presents ‘Nana's Naughty Knickers’
The Island Theater Company's upcoming comedy “Nana's Naughty Knickers” opens March 23.
Written by Katherine DiSavino, the show features is about Bridget and her grandmother, who are about to become roommates in Nana's rent controlled Upper East Side New York apartment. However, grandma is running an illegal boutique from her apartment, selling hand-made naughty knickers to every senior citizen in the five-borough area.
“Nana's Naughty Knickers” will be performed at the Rose History Auditorium, 180 S. Heathwood, Marco Island. Dates and are March 23-25, April 6-8 and 12-14. Showtimes are at 7:30 with the matinees at 2:30 p.m., March 25 and April 8 at 2:30.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at theateronmarco.com, at Centennial Bank, 615 Elkcam Circle, at the gift shop at the Historical Museum, 180 S Heathwood, by calling 239-394-0080, or at the door a half hour prior to the show. Group discounts are available.

2. Thursday: ACS Relay for Life pre-event concert
The American Cancer Society of Marco Island and the Wesley United Methodist Church invite you to attend a pre-Relay concert at the church, located at 350 S. Barfield Drive on at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 22.
Admission is free.
The concert will be a preview of the Relay For Life, featuring a luminaria ceremony with beacons of light to symbolically honor survivors and remember those who have passed.
3. Friday: Final fish fry dinner fundraiser
The Knights of Columbus San Marco Council #6344 will host a fish fry dinner fundraiser in the San Marco Parish Center from 4:30 until 7 p.m.
Dinner includes fresh north Pacific cod baked or fried, French fries or baked potato, coleslaw, rolls and butter, coffee and ice cream with beverages and cash bar. Also, for the kids there will be macaroni and cheese.
Take out is also available. This event is open to the public and everyone is invited. Attendees are asked to bring a baby item (diapers, bottles etc.,) to fill our play pen for the Pregnancy Center in Naples. Come join us for an evening of fun.
The cost will be $13 per person with $5 for children under 12.
