Marco Island Center for the Arts announces Summer Art Youth Programs

The Marco Island Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the classes for its Summer Art Youth Program. These classes will emphasize imagination and creativity through the development of artistic skills. They'll also help build confidence and critical thinking skills, and of course, they'll be fun, too! The instructors are teaching professionals and artists with diverse backgrounds in the arts. The Marco Island Shell Club will also be teaching a three-day class on Shell Art.
Instructor Jennifer Norqual has worked as a graphic designer, an art teacher and opened her own art school in Minnesota. She has a business in Tin City called Docks by Jen where she also teaches children’s art programs.
Rebecca Ferguson is an exceptionally accomplished ceramicist and has taught classes for the Art Center’s Young Artist Academy.
Michael Grandi is an art educator at Seacrest Country Day School, as well as a practicing artist.
