Prince Harry rocks his ginger beard at royal wedding, Twitter celebrates

Hear ye, hear ye! We have an announcement: Royal redhead Prince Harry is rocking the beard.

After much speculation about whether the groom would shave his facial hair for his wedding to Meghan Markle, we have our answer. OK, so it does look like it's been trimmed, but the ginger beard is intact!

Hello, handsome! Prince Harry, left, opted for a (trimmed) version of his ginger beard for his wedding to Meghan Markle. His brother Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, served as best man.

Why? For one, we gather that's the look that his bride knows and loves. Plus, though it's a tradition for British men in the military to be clean-shaven, Harry has worn the beard and the uniform together since being deployed.

And so the beard remains, serving as big moment for fellow gingers and numerous Harry admirers around the world.

"HE KEPT THE BEARD THANK GOD," style bloggers Tom & Lorenzo tweeted.

"Woof!" tweeted @theroyalgayby.

@CandiceSpringer wondered whether Harry's tidy beard was "groomed for the godsssss?!?"

It was all too much for @MeagJensenn to handle.

The groom looks "amazing," agreed @hernameistaty_.
