It's Tax Day, which means it's the last day to file your taxes unless you file for an extension! Here's everything you need to know to file your taxes with ease.

When to file your taxes

The tax filing deadline in the U.S. is today, Monday, April 18 for the vast majority of the country. (The exceptions? Maine and Massachusetts residents have until April 19 due to the Patriots' Day holiday in those states.) Whichever day your taxes are due, filing taxes can be a real headache.
