Need a COVID-19 test? Here are some locations in Lee County

There are several locations for getting the COVID-19 test in Lee County. Here's a sampling:

CenturyLink Sports Complex

14100 Ben. C. Pratt/Six Mile Cypress Parkway, Fort Myers.

No referral required. Individuals will be asked for valid ID. Drive-thru testing Monday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The last car to be admitted through the gate is 3 p.m. or when testing capacity has reached its limit. A separate line for symptomatic people to do self-swab specimen collection is also available.

Lee Health Mobile Collection Sites in Cape Coral and Fort Myers:

Patients must be screened by a physician and have a lab order. Patients should contact their primary care doctor or do a virtual telehealth visit. Go to LeeTelehealth.org.

Walmart drive-thru testing

Drive-thru testing available at several Walmart locations in Lee County. Appointment required. Referral is not required. Self administered nasal swab observed by trained Walmart physician. Go to  corporate.walmart.com/covid19testing for appointment, details, and locations. Test results through Quest Laboratory or eTrueNorth.

In order to meet the demand for COVID-19 testing in Cape Coral, the City of Cape Coral in partnership with Lee Health opened a mobile COVID-19 specimen collection site Tuesday, June 30, located at 4816 Chester Street in Downtown Cape at the Chester Street Resource Center building.
